Welcome To Our Website

All Saints is a welcoming, growing, inclusive Christian Community and the Parish Church of Nettleham.
We gather regularly to worship, to learn, to pray, to encourage one another and to meet our Lord Jesus Christ in the sacrament of Holy Communion. We try to offer the best of both traditional and contemporary styles of worship.

We are building a great new website, so this is just a page of useful information until we launch. Thanks for visiting - why not come and meet us at church. If you want to be on our database to receive news about services and information about the parish, please email us at rector@allsaintsnettleham.co.uk.

Our new Contemporary Service for all
Great songs, a chance to grapple with a bible text and some challenging ideas, praise and prayer, and plenty of time for adults to socialise and for children to do crafts, learn and work on stuff with parents. Always some great refreshments - occasionally (check the notices) a meal!

Ducklings
Every Tuesday in church from 9.30-11.00
Children 0-3 and mums, dads, carers
Great play equipment, great atmosphere, chat, coffee, cake and a little bible story
All welcome. Just turn up!

The 9.30
Our traditional service. It is a Eucharist (or Holy Communion, or Mass), and all who are baptised are welcome at the Lord's table. If you're not quite there yet in terms of your exploration of faith and the church, come anyway. You will hear plenty to make you think. We use lots of music (quite traditional, with choir and organ most Sundays), and there is some dignified and meaningful ceremonial. Sit where you like, wear what you want, join in when you want, come and receive communion or come for a blessing. We try to be a very welcoming church, and you will soon get to know people. If you are anxious about what to do, just ask. We have baby play facilities at the back of the church, and often the older children (4-14) go off with expert leaders for some of the service to do their own actvities.

Ash Wednesday
Lent begins on Ash Wednesday,  14th February
A said BCP Communion at 12, and a sung modern language Eucharist at 7.30
We are marked with the sign of the cross, to remind us of our need for forgiveness

Stewardship Renewal
We begin two weeks of prayer, enquiry, and exploration of our giving, until 25th February after which we make a commitment to pray about our stewardship. Get a pack in church.
